Concert-Reunion Tour, Tuesday October 29th 1996. San Diego Sports Arena. Row 14 in the upper Terrace.
I had the time of my life. My first concert was the best band you could see live.

It's not Unusual..Tom Jones is a pimp.

5. Favourite TV show
TV is mostly crap. Used to be The Daily Show, but Jon Stewart is fucking lame, so probably The Simpsons.
Law&Order is pretty good too.

Fibre adds bulk to keep other foods moving along the digestive tract, and it holds water which, in turn, softens the stool for easy elimination.
Right now, most people could double or even TRIPLE their fibre intake just to suggested levels. The average American takes in 10-15 grams of fibre a day. Experts reccomend 25-30 grams daily.
